Cozyware: a Flasin case study

Flasin portfolio · Shopify development

From a loungewear concept to a cohesive Shopify experience. Cozyware brings brand direction, visual storytelling and practical shopping tools into one browsable demonstration.

10demo products
3color options per product
4published journal guides
The Cozyware storefront created by Flasin, showing product cards, wishlist hearts, color swatches and shopping filters

The brief

Create a convincing loungewear brand concept that prospective clients can explore. The store needed a consistent visual identity, a complete demo catalog and useful interactions across discovery, product selection and outfit building.

The design direction

A warm ivory and mocha palette, editorial typography and coordinated AI-generated concept photography establish the tone. The homepage moves from an automatic three-slide hero to products, collections, brand storytelling and useful journal content, then closes with a custom footer.

What Flasin built

Catalog & visual storytelling

Ten demo products with three color choices each, coordinated galleries and fabric-detail imagery. Product copy explains the concept, fit guidance and demo limitations.

Product discovery

Category, size and color filters help visitors explore the catalog. Product-card swatches preview the selected color, while wishlist hearts save favorites on the same browser.

Product-page experience

Thumbnail galleries, color-linked photography, an illustrative size finder and a “Complete the look” builder help visitors compare pieces and explore a demo cart.

Content & navigation

A four-article journal covers fit, care, capsule planning and weekend packing. The homepage shows the latest four posts automatically, with links across the header and footer.

Interactive automation demonstration

Visitors can step through fictional order, checkout and inquiry workflows. Sample logs and draft outputs explain the logic without sending messages or changing external systems.

Responsive presentation

Desktop grids adapt to smaller screens. The brand, navigation, shopping tools and footer form a consistent experience across the storefront.

Explore the work yourself

  1. Browse Shop all, combine filters and preview a different color.
  2. Save a product to the wishlist, reload the page and reopen your favorites.
  3. Open the Slow Morning Lounge Set and try the size finder or “Complete the look” options.
  4. Run a fictional scenario in the automation demonstration.
  5. Read the Cozyware Journal and explore the homepage feed.

What this project demonstrates

Cozyware demonstrates Flasin's approach to brand-led Shopify design, catalog presentation, interactive features and automation planning. It is a portfolio project, not a client trading store. No sales growth, conversion uplift or customer results are claimed.

Scope note: Cozyware does not accept real purchases or fulfill orders. Images are AI-generated concept photography. Size data is illustrative. The automation demo is a simulation, and the wishlist is saved on the same browser rather than synced to a customer account.
